  6. TrashCan is an animated file dumper for File Manager.  It 
  7. has stay-on-top capabilities, so you can place it right inside 
  8. the File Manager window.  You can also specify it's 
  9. animation speed, position it anywhere on the desktop, and 
  10. save these parameters as default.

  12. The first time you run TrashCan it will place itself 
  13. in the lower, right corner of your desktop.  Click 
  14. on it and you will see the "about" window and the 
  15. controls for configuring it.  Once you move the 
  16. TrashCan it will no longer load to this position on 
  17. the desktop unless you set the "Default" value to 
  18. "true" in TCAN.INI in your Windows directory.
